Coastal Inspiration For Your Home

I was recently on a short Carnival Cruise for a wedding we attended in Catalina Island. It was my first trip on an actual cruise out in the ocean for 4 days straight, and I can honestly say that I really enjoyed my stay. Their was just so many fun activities, and entertainment to explore throughout the day, I was definitely not disappointed.

Intrigued by the fact that I was surrounded by a body of water, I constantly found myself gazing out to the ocean, waiting for sunrise and sun to set in the horizon. It was such a magnificent sight to see, and an unforgettable experience that it literally took my breath away!

Inspired by the different shades of blues and greens of the ocean, I decided to incorporate a few accessories on neutral colored furnishings to create a vignette that reminds me of the beautiful coast I experienced. It's a definite way to freshen things up, to create a coastal yet contemporary feel within your home using beautiful shades of blue-green.
